The tps6282x is an easy-to-use Synchronous Buck DC / DC converter family with an ultra-low quiescent current of only 4 µ a. This product is based on DCS control topology and can provide fast transient response. With an internal reference, the product can adjust the output voltage below 0.6V with a high feedback voltage accuracy of 1% in the junction temperature range of - 40 ° C to 125 ° C. This series of devices have pin to pin and BOM to BOM compatibility. The whole solution requires a small 470nh inductor, a 4.7 µ f input capacitor and two 10 µ f or one 22 µ f output capacitor.
The tps6282x comes in two models. The first model can automatically enter the power saving mode to maintain high efficiency under ultra light load conditions, thus extending the operation time of the system battery. The second model can realize forced PWM operation to maintain continuous conduction mode, thus ensuring ultra-low output voltage ripple and quasi fixed switching frequency.
