EN6337QI is a power system installed on the chip (PowerSoC) DC-DC converter. It integrates MOSFET switch, small signal circuit, compensator and inductor in an advanced 4mmx7mmx1.85mm38 pin QFN package.
EN6337QI is specially designed to meet the precise voltage and fast transient requirements of current and future high-performance, low-power processors, DSP, FPGA, memory boards and system level applications. The equipment has advanced circuit technology, ultra-high switching frequency and proprietary integrated inductor technology, which can provide high-quality, ultra compact, non isolated DC to DC conversion technology.
