AT2401C is a fully integrated RF front-end single chip for Zigbee, wireless sensor networks and other 2.4GHz wireless systems. AT2401C is a single chip device realized by CMOS process, which integrates power amplifier (PA), low noise amplifier (LNA), chip transceiver switch control circuit, input and output matching circuit and harmonic filter circuit.
The conventional applications of the chip mainly include industrial control automation, smart home and RF system conforming to RF4CE protocol. The chip has excellent performance, high sensitivity and efficiency, low noise, small product size and low cost, making AT2401C a perfect solution for applications within the frequency bandwidth. The function control logic circuit of AT2401C is very simple, and a small number of peripheral devices are used, which can facilitate the overall integration design of the system.
