XL1509 is a 150 KHz fixed frequency PWM buck (buck) DC/DC converter that can drive efficient, low ripple, and excellent line and load regulation 2A loads. The minimum number of external components is required, and the regulator is easy to use, including internal frequency compensation and a fixed frequency oscillator.

The PWM control circuit can linearly adjust the duty cycle from 0 to 100%. There are internal enabling functions and overcurrent protection functions. When the second current limiting function occurs, the operating frequency will decrease from 150 KHz to 50 KHz. An internal compensation block is built-in to minimize the count of external components.
