The tps6103x device provides power
Solutions for single battery powered products: lithium ion or lithium polymer, or two to three battery alkaline battery, nickel cadmium or nickel hydrogen battery. The converter generates a stable output voltage, which can be fixed on the chip by an external resistance voltage divider or internally.
It provides power conversion and can provide up to 1 a output current at 5 v. when the power supply voltage drops to 1.8 V, the boost converter is implemented. Based on a fixed frequency pulse width modulation (PWM) controller, synchronous rectifier is used to obtain greater efficiency. Under low load current, the converter enters the power-saving state and maintains the current range of * * mode under wide load. The power saving mode can be disabled, forcing the converter to operate at a fixed speed and switching frequency. It can also synchronously run the synchronization pin applied to the external clock signal. The switching limit of the larger peak current in the boost circuit is 4500 ma.
You can disable the converter to reduce the battery drain. During shutdown, the load is disconnected from the battery. Low EMI mode is adopted to reduce ringing. In fact, when the converter is converted to discontinuous conduction mode, the radiated electromagnetic energy can be reduced.
