Tps51200 device is a double data rate (DDR) terminal voltage regulator with filling current and pulling current. It is specially designed for space constrained systems with low input voltage, low cost and low noise. Tps51200 can maintain fast transient response for only 20 minutes μ F ultra low output capacitance. Tps51200 supports remote sensing function and meets all power requirements of DDR, DDR2, DDR3, ddr3l, low-power DDR3 and ddr4vtt bus terminals.
