Tps62745 is a high-efficiency ultra-low-power Synchronous Buck Converter optimized for low-power wireless applications. The regulated output provided by it only consumes 400na quiescent current. The device is powered by two rechargeable lithium-ion batteries (the main chemical components of lithium batteries are Li-SOCl2, li-so2 and Li MnO2) or four to six alkaline batteries. The input voltage range of the device is up to 10V, so it can also be powered through USB port and thin-film solar module. The output voltage is set through four Vsel pins. The voltage range of tps62745 is 1.8V to 3.3V; The voltage range of tps627451 is 1.3V to 2.8V.
Tps62745 is matched with small output capacitor, which has low output ripple voltage and low noise.
