Ds2431-a1 is a level 1 qualified version of aec-q100 of ds2431. The logical behavior of the two versions is the same. Ds2431-a1 is a 1024 bit, 1-wire ® EEPROM chip is organized into four 256 bit memory pages. The data is written to the 8-byte scraper, verified, and then copied to EEPROM memory.
As a special feature, these four memory pages can be individually write protected or enter the electronic program simulation mode, and the middle bit can only be changed from 1 state to 0 state. Ds2431-a1 communicates via a single conductor 1-wire bus. The communication follows the standard 1-wire protocol.
