describe
The ad7674 is an 18 bit, 800ksps, charge redistribution, continuous approximation register (SAR) fully differential analog-to-digital converter (ADC), which operates on a 5V power supply. The device includes a high-speed, 18 bit sampling ADC, an internal conversion clock, an internal reference buffer, error correction circuit, and serial and parallel system interface ports.
The equipment can use 48 lead LQFP or 48 lead lfcsp, and the operating range is specified from − 40 ° C to + 85 ° C.
