The adxl1001 / adxl1002 offer ultra-low noise density over an extended frequency range with two full range options and are optimized for industrial condition monitoring. The typical noise density of adxl1001 (± 100g) and adxl1002 (± 50g) is 30 µ g / √ Hz and 25 µ g / √ Hz respectively. Both accelerometer devices have stable and repeatable sensitivity and are immune to external shocks up to 10000 grams.
The adxl1001 / adxl1002 has an integrated full static self-test (st) function and over range (or) indicator, allowing advanced system level features, which is very useful for embedded applications. Adxl1001 / adxl1002 has the function of low power and single power supply operation from 3.3V to 5.25V. It can also realize the design of wireless sensing products.
