Lmv7235 / 39 is a comparator with ultra-low power, low voltage and 45ns. They are guaranteed to operate in the full supply voltage range of 2.7V to 5V. These devices achieve a propagation delay of 45ns and consume only a 5V supply current of 65 µ a. Lmv7235 / 39 has a range greater than the common mode voltage of the rail. The input common mode voltage range extends to 200mV below ground and 200mV above power supply, allowing ground and power sensing. The lmv7235 features an open outlet output. By connecting an external resistor, the output of the comparator can be used as a level converter.
Lmv7239 has push-pull output stage. This function allows operation without the need for an external pull-up resistor. Lmv7235 / 39 can be used in sc70-5 and SOT23-5 software packages, which is ideal for systems with small size and low power.
