describe
Sn65lvds1, sn65lvds2 and sn65lvdt2 devices are single low-voltage differential line drivers and receivers in small transistor packages. The output complies with TIA / eia-644 standard and provides a minimum differential output voltage of 247 MV in the voltage range of 100 V - Ω. The loading rate of the driver is up to 630 Mbps and that of the receiver is up to 400Mbps.
When the sn65lvds1 device is used with lvdsreceiver (such as sn65lvdt2) in point-to-point connection, data or clock signals can be transmitted at a very high rate on printed circuit board traces or cables, with very low electromagnetic transmission and power consumption. Packaging, low power consumption, low EMI, high ESD tolerance and wide power supply voltage range make the device an ideal choice for battery powered applications.
Sn65lvds1, sn65lvds2 and sn65lvdt2 devices are characterized by operating in the temperature range of – 40 ° C to 85 ° C.
