Tps62135 and tps621351 are based on DCS control ™ Topology efficient and easy to use synchronous buck DC / DC converter. The device has a wide input voltage range of 3V to 17V, which is very suitable for applications powered by multiple lithium-ion batteries and 12V intermediate power rails. The device provides 4A continuous output current.
Tps62135 can automatically enter the energy-saving mode in light load, so as to maintain high efficiency in the whole load range. Therefore, the device is very suitable for applications requiring networked standby performance, such as ultra-low power computers. If the mode pin is set to low level, the switching frequency of the device will be automatically adjusted based on the input and output voltage.
This technology is called automatic efficiency improvement (AEE) ™), High conversion efficiency can be maintained throughout the operating range. The device can provide 1% output voltage accuracy in PWM mode, so the power supply design with high output voltage accuracy can be realized.
The typical quiescent current of the device is 18 µ a. In the off mode, the typical value of the device current is 1 µ a, and the output active discharge (only applicable to tps62135, and the output voltage discharge function of tps621351 is disabled).
Tps62135 is available as an adjustable version in 3mm x 2mmvqfn package.
