Lm27761 Low Noise Regulated Switched capacitor voltage inverter can provide adjustable ultra-low noise output for input voltage in the range of 2.7V to 5.5V. Four low-cost capacitors are used in the application solution to provide an output current of up to 250mA. The regulated output of the device can be adjusted in the range of − 5V to − 1.5V. Lm27761 operates at 2MHz (typical) switching frequency to reduce output resistance and voltage ripple.

The operating current of lm27761 is only 370 µ a (charge pump power efficiency is higher than 80% for most loads) and the typical shutdown current is 7 µ a, so it can provide ideal performance when driving power amplifier, DAC bias power rail and other high current and low noise voltage applications.
