Description of tps62085
Tps62085, tps62086 and tps62087 devices are high-frequency Synchronous Step-Down converters. After optimization, they have two advantages: small solution size and high efficiency. The input voltage range of the device is 2.5V to 6.0V, which supports common battery technology. This device is mainly used for high-efficiency buck conversion in a wide output current range. The converter operates in pulse width modulation (PWM) mode from medium load to high load, and automatically enters the power saving mode when the load is light, so as to maintain high efficiency in the whole load current range.
In order to meet the requirements of the system power rail, the internal compensation circuit supports a wide range of external output capacitance values from 10 µ f to 150uf. With DCS control architecture, the device can achieve excellent load transient performance and output voltage stabilization accuracy. Device can provide 2mm × 2mm VSON package.
