Dp83822 is an ultra robust, low-power single port 10/100mbps Ethernet PHY, ideal for harsh industrial environments. It provides all the physical layer functions required to send and receive data through standard twisted pair cables or connect to external optical transceivers. In addition, dp83822 can be flexibly connected to MAC through standard MII, RMII or rgmii interfaces.
For ease of use, dp83822 provides integrated cable diagnostic tools, built-in self-test and loopback functions. It can support multiple industrial fieldbuses with its fast downlink detection and automatic mdix function in forced mode.
Dp83822 provides an innovative and reliable solution to reduce power consumption, which will be realized through EEE, WOL and other programmable energy-saving modes.
