Description of drv5033

Drv5033 device is a chopper stabilized Hall effect sensor, which can provide magnetic field sensing function with excellent sensitivity stability and integrated protection characteristics in the whole temperature range.



Drv5033 has the same response to the two pole directions of the magnetic field. When the applied magnetic flux density exceeds the BOP threshold, the drv5033 open drain output becomes low. The output will remain low until the magnetic flux density drops below BRP and then becomes high impedance. The output current filling capacity is 30mA. The wide working voltage range (2.5 to 38V) with reverse polarity protection up to -22v makes this device widely applicable to various industrial signals.


The device provides internal protection against reverse power supply conditions, sudden load drop, and output short-circuit or overcurrent faults.
