Ncp3063 series is a high-frequency upgrade of the popular mc34063a and mc33063a monolithic DC − DC converters. These devices include an internal temperature compensated reference, a comparator, a controlled duty cycle oscillator with an active current limiting circuit, a driver, and a high current output switch. This series is specially designed to combine step − down, step − up and voltage − inversion applications with a minimum number of external components.
