Mc33063a series is a single-chip control circuit, which contains the main functions required by DC − to − DC converter.
These devices include an internal temperature compensation reference, comparator, control duty cycle oscillator with active current limiting circuit, driver and high current output switch.
This series is specially designed to incorporate step − down and step − up and voltage − reverse applications with a minimum number of external components.
