Rtl8111b / rtl8168b Gigabit Ethernet controller combines three speed IEEE802 3 compatible media access controller (MAC) with three speed Ethernet transceiver, PCI Express bus controller and embedded memory.
RTL adopts * * DSP technology, and rtlrt8111b / rtl8168b provide high-speed transmission through cat5utp cable or cat3utp (* * 10Mbps) cable.
The functions of cross detection and automatic correction, polarity correction, adaptive equalization, cross cancellation, echo cancellation, timing recovery and error correction are realized to provide robust transmission and reception capability at high speed.
These devices support express1.1 for PCI host communication with power management 0A bus interface and conform to ieee802.0 of 10 / 100Mbps Ethernet Ieee802.3u specification and 1000Mbps Ethernet 3AB specification.
They also support the automatic detection function of auxiliary power supply and will automatically configure the relevant bits of PCI power management register in PCI configuration space.
Support * * configure power management interface (ACPI) - power management for the operating system of directional power management (OSPM) for modern operating system, so as to realize more power management.
