Aduc812bsz multichannel 12 bit ADC micro converter
ADuC812 is an integrated 12 bit data acquisition system, including a * * self calibrated multi-channel ADC, two 12 bit DACs and a programmable 8-bit (8051 compatible) single chip microcomputer.
The programmable 8051 compatible * * is supported by 8K bytes of flash / EE program memory, 640 bytes of flash / EE data memory and 256 bytes of on-chip data SRAM.
Other MCU support functions include monitor timer, power monitor and adcdma function. 32 programmable I / O lines, I2C compatible SPI and standard UART serial port I / O are provided for multiprocessor interface and I / O expansion.
The normal, idle and power-off operation modes of the single-chip microcomputer * * and the analog converter allow flexible power management schemes for low-power applications.
