Ltc1563-2 / ltc1563-3 are a series of very easy-to-use active RC low-pass filters with inter rail input and output and low DC offset, which are suitable for systems with resolution up to 16 bits. Ltc1563-2, with a resistance value, gives a unity gain Butterworth response.
