Ml2281 series are 8-bit continuous approximate a / D converters with serial I / O and more configurable input multiplexers with 8 input channels.
The samples and all errors contained in ml2281 series are included in the accuracy specification of analog-to-digital converter. The voltage reference can be set externally to any value between GND and VCC, allowing conversion over a relatively small voltage span.
Ml2281 series is an enhanced dual polysilicon CMOS pin compatible * two source for ADC0831, ADC0832, adc0834 and adc0838a / D converters. The enhancements of ml2281 series are conversion time, true sampling and holding function, superior power rejection, improved AC common mode rejection, digital timing, and * low power consumption. All parameters are guaranteed to be over temperature, and the power supply voltage is 5V ± 10%.
